da conch shack

we always love going to da conch shack, its the perfect spot to take our guests for a meal and it truly gives you a caribbean feeling, right on the beach with the perfect view.

plus, the food is amazing, you can eat everything conch; stew, curry, fritters, cracked and salad. i love the cracked conch for starter and the blackened snapper, locally caught snapper with a delicious spicy seasoning – and the fried plantains…so yummy!

cute turtle in pine cay

today was the last dive outing of the season – as most hotels, restaurants and shops will be closed during september, historically hurricane and the low season month.

james filmed this turtle, whilst diving by pine cay – see the turtle eating? how cute is that!?

enjoy your weekend

what are you up to this weekend?

i have promised myself i would go back to my beach walks – see this picture? its the walkway to the beach close to home, how can i not go, right? i am also looking forward to an asian lunch at a friends house tomorrow (yumm) and a girl’s get together in the evening! and, of course, relaxing at the beach too – it’s so hot, i just want to get in the water all day.

fort george beach party

last weekend we went to the fort george beach party and we had a blast!

fort george is an uninhabited cay very close to provo – the perfect spot to party! with many boats joining, live dj’s and food provided, it was so nice to meet up with friends from around the island and enjoy the gorgeous turquoise water and white sandy beach!

we look forward to the ones to come!
