happy easter weekend

i hope you have a great weekend my friends!

we have an extra long one in provo – friday and monday off! we’re enjoying having family around and doing all touristic things we never end up doing without guests.

i made a list of all the beaches in provo and have taken the challenge of going to every single one of them during my mum and sister’s stay – we’ve been to six different ones (like this one, this one, and this one) but still have a few more to go!

happy weekend

i hope you have a lovely weekend friends! i took this picture at grace bay beach when we had friends over last week.

the weather in provo is getting better and better to relax at the beach, so that’s what we’ve planned. we’re also catching up with a few movies to watch before the oscar’s next week. have you seen most of them?

have a relaxing weekend

happy friday friends!

this was a good week – wrapped up some projects, had a nice dinner out and didn’t miss my yoga, but i am glad the weekend is here. have a good one!

ps – did you see my post over at salvaged grace, i met erin during blogshop, last september in new york and she was kind enough to invite me over to guest post on her blog – thanks erin!

happy weekend

happy weekend friends!

we are starting off the weekend with a party at club pillows tonight – wouldn’t this be the perfect secret code when you want to leave a party and you really are going home? tomorrow i hope i make it to yoga in the morning – and sea, sun and sand for the rest of the weekend. hope you have a good one and can enjoy some sun shining too!

have a healthy weekend

we had a busy week in provo, it seems everybody is finally back from vacation and back into routine.

james and i watched two documentaries that are making us rethink the way we eat – food inc and forks over knives, have you seen them? it really opened our eyes to how the food industries have evolved in an unhealthy way, and it’s up to us, consumers, not to accept  the processed and full of chemical product that are out there in the supermarkets.

we are not radicals, and in provo you can’t be because there aren’t many options, but whenever possible, we want to go for the veggies, the fruit, the grains and the unprocessed, the organic and the locally grown.

food for thought…hoping you have great weekend!

ps – i guest posted at running heels this week, go check it out HERE
