until you’ve been (to) somewhere.
sometimes i have to remind myself to take full advantage of the island life. so yesterday i suggested we go (to) somewhere after work. it’s one of my favourite spots, very casual, great view, i love that they have their daily ice tea specials and usually i go for their fish tacos – so yum!
i know, i know, you must think all we eat around here is mexican…i promise to post some pictures of local food soon!
the girls and i finally made it to hey jose, we’ve been wanting to go since we saw the sign outside reading SURFER FOOD. it used to be located in central square, has changed management a few times and has finally reopened in the grace bay area.
we tried their tacos, quesadillas and fish salad and sat outside in the patio having a blast before heading to the monthly market at graceway-gourmet.
last night we had an amazing dinner at anacaona, i just love the atmosphere, and the food is amazing! it is definitely one of my favourite spots in the island!
interesting fact – Anacaona is a Lucayan Indian word meaning Flower of Gold
