whilst shopping at Island Pride, I found frozen Dole mixed berries and got inspired for some smoothies later on during the day.
yummy smoothies easy-peasy recipe
2 cups of milk (soy, cow, goat, almond or rice)
1/2 cup of unsweetened coconut milk
1 cup of frozen mixed berries (other frozen or fresh fruit will do)
1 banana
optional – a dash of pure honey
add all in a blender, whiz it up and serve!
