the days are getting warmer and we’ve been spending a lot of time outside, we found a great playground close to home, and that’s guarantee for an extra long nap. also, she is obsessed with everything blue, she wants to wear blue, play with blue play dough, paint only with blue crayons and have blue ice cream. she requests blue fruit too. ♡

it scares me how much she is growing into a little girl, she understands me and communicates more than ever, even if sometimes she has her own little language, which is hilarious, and she no longer calls herself Xixu, she is finally Julia (also, she is begging to go to pre-school, and the waiting lists in berkeley are killing me!) ♡

a somewhat late weekly picture – after the move, living in a hotel for a month and having my parents visiting over easter, i think we’re both happy to being home and getting back to a routine – specially julia, because whenever we’re out and about she’s always asking to go back to ‘casa nova’ ♡

yet another busy month over here, the move from new orleans, living in an hotel whilst looking for a place, adapting to life in berkeley, spring, easter with my parents visiting and our new home – it’s been only a week and i’m slowly getting organized and needless to say, excited to finally get in a routine. we’ve been finding pretty amazing spots around the bay area and can’t wait to share some of our adventures – in the meantime follow along instagram here.
