it’s been a while since i have posted diving pictures…we’ve been off island, plus, james hasn’t been diving, as most of the diving centers have been closed during September.
these pictures are from one of james’ outings to northwest point in the end of august – they went to the thunderdome, the remains of a large sphere built under about 30 feet of water, where they filmed the french tv show in the 90’s.

hung, james’ brother, recommended we watch it. it’s a 1988 french movie directed by luc besson, and filmed in the island of amorgos, in greece.
it is such a beautiful and peaceful movie about two free diver friends enzo and jaques. in the end it is very sad, but i loved watching their dives in the mediterranean sea.
today was the last dive outing of the season – as most hotels, restaurants and shops will be closed during september, historically hurricane and the low season month.
james filmed this turtle, whilst diving by pine cay – see the turtle eating? how cute is that!?
