a couple of weeks ago, on a day trip to Sonoma to attend the snowmen lightning at cornerstone sonoma, there was hot chocolate, face painting, food trucks (ok, wine and shopping too) and the beautiful gardens to run around in before the lightning ceremony – it was such a fun day and highly recommend ♡

we’re on christmas full mode – this year we’re staying in the us, so we’ll make the most of it and enjoy american traditions. we found our tree, put our christmas decorations up, hung our advent calendar and our lights are on every night ♡

so thankful for my munchkin, our babyccino dates and all our adventures together – hope everyone had a great thanksgiving, it was our first in the us, so we got to eat turkey and way too much pumpkin pie ♡

california has these things, you grab the best cup of coffee, drive through the most gorgeous national park (muir woods) and you get to the beautiful surfing town (bolinas). the beach, though cold, does wonders to both of us – we picked up pebbles, played in the sand and wondered if there were octopus in the water ♡

picking her up from school, she’s always happy to arrive and never happy to leave (which is both cute and annoying) definitely two of the highlights of my day ♡
