potcakes are a mixed breed dog type, found all over the caribbean islands. not only these indigenous dogs freely populate providenciales, but most of our friends have fallen in love and adopted (at least) one. hence, provo being a very dog friendly place.

how can you help? if you’re visiting providenciales, pop in by the potcake place, a dog rescue charity located in saltmills, and you can foster a potcake for a day or even a few hours. you can donate to help them continue their efforts to reduce the number of homeless potcakes on island, or you can adopt one and bring home with you.
