Dear Joana, James & Julia,
As I was doing research for information about the Turks & Caicos Islands, I noticed your blog and especially the fact that you are a former hotelier.
Let me introduce myself: I am a hospitality student in GIHE (Glion Institute of Higher Education) and am currently involved in a research program about the Turks & Caicos Islands. In order to validate our semester, we are required to build a concept hotel anywhere in the TCI.
I was thus wondering if I could kindly ask if you would be able to find a bit of time to answer a few questions over a Skype interview (or any other means of communication that is more suitable to you).
