remember my post when we spotted the stingrays by the beach in leeward? later that day i took a few shots of some locals fishing for bait – these are actually pilchards, local sardines – humm, i wonder if they taste as good as my portuguese ones…?

great pictures querida. it’s like NatGeo. these guys have been driving around looking for this type of baby fish and happened to stop by. Luckily, i had been snorkeling in the area and pointed out to them where there were loads….
i imagine these little fishes are great if you deep fried them instead of using them as bait… yummy
